4 Week Fat Loss Kettlebell Challenge

Hundreds of people have already registered for this fun event and if you haven’t then there is still time.

If you have registered then here are 3 things you can do in preparation for Monday…

1. Practice the Exercises

During the 4 weeks we are going to be performing a number of interesting and possibly new exercises and workouts.

During the next few days, take your time and practice the movements. Watch the videos and make sure you get your technique spot on.

Choose a weight that you can comfortably push press overhead for 15 reps.

Have everything clear in your head so on Monday you can get up and get started without too much thinking.

2. Make a Fresh Start

What you eat and drink over the next 4 weeks is going to be crucial to your fat loss success.

This weekend, clear out your cupboards. Get rid of all those dead processed foods, anything with added sugar, all those horrible low fat foods with artificial additives.

Go out shopping and fill your cupboards with fresh, clean, all natural food.

Take out a piece of paper and start planning your breakfasts, lunches and evening meals.

Don’t get caught out, ensure you have everything you need and there are no temptations for next week.

3. Take Some Measurements

Pull out your tape measure and take some body measurements, waist, hips, chest, upper thigh, and upper arm are enough.

Take some photos in the mirror of yourself both facing and to the side.

I know this may sound extreme but when you start to measure it’s amazing how it effects your motivation.
