4 Minute Monday Workout

By Greg Brookes

Just a short post today because I’ve just returned from my trip to Holland and have a busy day of training ahead 🙂

Monday is always a great day for a workout. It blows away the cobwebs from the weekend and sets you up for a healthy week ahead.

Here’s a 4 minute kettlebell workout from my 50 Kettlebell Circuits:

  1. Two Handed Swing
  2. Slingshot – clockwise
  3. Two Handed Swing
  4. Slingshot – anticlockwise
  5. Goblet Squat
  6. Halo – clockwise
  7. Goblet Squat
  8. Halo – anticlockwise

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds each with no rest in between exercises. Rest 1 minute and repeat for 3 circuits if possible. Done!

Watch the Kettlebell Halo in action below:

The above workout is No. 11 from my 50 kettlebell circuits so there are another 39 progressively more difficult workouts than this and 10 workouts that are easier.

Enjoy the workout and have a great day.

Take care

Greg
