Happy 4th of July to my American friends!
Over the years I’ve taught well over 1000 kettlebell classes and I’ve discovered that by using 4 minute circuits I get the best results.
Using 4 minute full body kettlebell circuits will:
- Keep your heart rate up and improve your cardio
- Make your workouts more fun and interesting
- Get better results in less time due to the added intensity
We all know that long drawn out workouts are not good for the hormonal system and are largely not sustainable over time.
You only need one kettlebell to perform a seriously effective full body circuit…
Here’s No.5 from my latest 50 Kettlebell Circuits:
- Goblet Squat – 30 secs
- Good Morning – 30 secs
- Single Arm Deadlift Left – 30 secs
- Single Arm Deadlift Right – 30 secs
- Halo Clockwise – 30 secs
- Goblet Squat – 30 secs
- Halo Anticlockwise – 30 secs
- Good Morning – 30 secs
That’s a 4 minute kettlebell circuit that hits most of the muscles in your body but also is a great foundational workout for beginners.

Take care,
Greg
