50 Kettlebell Circuits (Great for Kettlebell Instructors)

Happy 4th of July to my American friends!

Over the years I’ve taught well over 1000 kettlebell classes and I’ve discovered that by using 4 minute circuits I get the best results.

Using 4 minute full body kettlebell circuits will:

  • Keep your heart rate up and improve your cardio
  • Make your workouts more fun and interesting
  • Get better results in less time due to the added intensity

We all know that long drawn out workouts are not good for the hormonal system and are largely not sustainable over time.

You only need one kettlebell to perform a seriously effective full body circuit…

Here’s No.5 from my latest 50 Kettlebell Circuits:

  1. Goblet Squat – 30 secs
  2. Good Morning – 30 secs
  3. Single Arm Deadlift Left – 30 secs
  4. Single Arm Deadlift Right – 30 secs
  5. Halo Clockwise – 30 secs
  6. Goblet Squat – 30 secs
  7. Halo Anticlockwise – 30 secs
  8. Good Morning – 30 secs

That’s a 4 minute kettlebell circuit that hits most of the muscles in your body but also is a great foundational workout for beginners.

Here’s a video of the Kettlebell Halo exercise:

If you are more advanced then you may want to try out No. 28 from my 50 Kettlebell Circuits:

  1. Windmill – 30 secs each side
  2. Side Lunge – 30 secs each side
  3. Clean – 30 secs each side
  4. Racked Squat & Press – 30 secs each side

If you like these workouts and want to take your kettlebell training to the next level in only 4 minutes then you can get all my kettlebell circuits here:

Plus, in true GB style I have 37 video tutorials of me explaining exactly how to perform each of the exercises so you can get your technique right each and every time.

OK my friend, that’s all for today,

Take care,

Greg

P.S. If you are Personal Trainer or Kettlebell Instructor these will make the perfect progressive plan for your classes!
