  • Kettlebell Goblet Squat – 10 reps
  • Kettlebell Alternating Reverse Lunge – 10 reps
  • Kettlebell Sit & Press – 10 reps
  • Repeat for 7 minutes

How to Perform the Kettlebell Workout

Another 7 minute kettlebell workout that uses the same format as the one above. Complete all 3 kettlebell exercises as a circuit for 10 reps each. Complete as many circuits as possible in 7 minutes.
