90 Days of Strength & Muscle. One Clear Roadmap.
Four progressive challenges designed to build strength, add muscle, and keep you progressing without the guesswork.
You’ve got the kettlebell skills, but the challenge is following a structured plan long enough to see real strength and muscle gains. This pack gives you the roadmap, daily coaching and progression from start to finish.
Start with the fundamentals if you’re newer to structured strength work, or begin further along the progression if you’re already experienced.
Build Strength and Muscle Without Guessing What to Do Next
The goal is simple: learn the movements, load them sensibly, progress the training and keep moving forward for the full 90 days.
Two Tracks. One Goal: Get Stronger.
You get all four challenges. Your 90-day route depends on where you are starting.
Starter › Strength 1 › Muscle
Build your foundation first, then progress into focused strength work and muscle-building training.
Strength 1 › Muscle › Strength 2
Start further along the progression, add dedicated hypertrophy work, then move into advanced double-kettlebell strength training.
Four Challenges, Each With a Clear Purpose
All four are included, so you can start at the right level and still have somewhere to progress afterwards.
Starter Challenge
Learn the fundamentals, build strength safely and establish the movement quality you need for the harder work ahead.
Build the foundationStrength Challenge 1
Increase strength across the big kettlebell movements with clear progressions and structured loading.
Progressive strengthMuscle Challenge
Shift the emphasis towards hypertrophy, adding size, definition and shape with focused kettlebell training.
Build lean muscleStrength Challenge 2
Progress into more advanced strength work, including optional double-kettlebell training for experienced users.
Advanced progressionThe Difference a Structured Strength Plan Makes
This is a progressive roadmap rather than a collection of disconnected workouts.
What usually goes wrong
- Piecing together random strength workouts from YouTube.
- Repeating the same exercises and loads until progress stalls.
- Not knowing when to add volume, weight or more advanced training.
What this gives you instead
- A clear 90-day route based on your current level.
- Progression from strength into dedicated muscle work.
- A logical route towards more advanced kettlebell training.

Alex L.“The progression kept me motivated. Just when I felt comfortable, the next phase pushed me further. I can see and feel the difference in my arms and shoulders.”
Bex S.“Having daily guidance was a game changer. No more wondering what to do. I just followed the emails and my strength went through the roof.”
Laura P.“I was intimidated by double kettlebell training, but the way this plan introduced it made it totally manageable. Now it’s my favourite part of training.”
Adam W.Why You Can Trust Me With Your Training
I have spent two decades refining kettlebell programs that busy people can stick to. My work has been featured in Men’s Health, Women’s Fitness, Health & Fitness Magazine and more. This pack follows the same principles I use one to one: learn the movement, load it sensibly, progress each month and keep moving forward.
