I don’t know about you but I’ve had a super busy week.
The weather here has been miserable so I’ve been indoors working hard on my Workout of the Day emails.
Day 39 is such a great workout that I had to share it with you…
Hello,
Now for an “all singing, all dancing” variation of the kettlebell clean.
The clean, squat and press will raise your heart rate through the roof and get a lot done in very little time.
Workout 39:
- Clean, Squat and Press – 10 reps each side
- Side Lunge – 10 reps each side
- Suitcase Row – 10 reps each side
- Repeat for 12 minutes.
What an amazing workout this is!
You hit every movement pattern and over 600 muscles in just 3 exercises.
