					<description><![CDATA[I am 52 and have been knocked off my feet over the past few years by anaemia and musculoskeletal injuries. My body needs to lose fat, get stronger, build mobility and flexibility, but I am tired of the toll long, arduous exercise is taking on my body.  I wanted simple, time-friendly workouts that suit my needs. I also love kettlebells and full-body movements. In my search, I came across your website due to a free kettlebell exercise download pop-up. I have started these workouts using your advice.  I was sceptical at first, especially with the 2-4 days of rest. These are fabulous and very deceiving to the eye. The burn is real; these workouts are no joke. I just completed workouts 1, 2 and 3, which I did for a two-week cycle and will move on to workouts 4,5, and 6. These workouts are helping me train my brain to accept that short, compact exercises are effective. The bonus is that I do not have to go to the gym nor do I need a multitude of equipment. These really help. I will continue to use your workouts, trust the process and follow your advice to see where it takes me on my fat loss and strong body journey. There are a few exercises you can do without a Problem in third Trimester,  as long If you are healthy and you dont have a risk-pregnancy. Exercises in a Standing Position are really working well, I think beside of the Pistole squat (Just Not possible with big Belly, I tried allready without weight) and the swing (only with a little weight) they are all possible and good exercises, to keep you and you&#039;re Baby fit and also brilliant for preventing Back pain in pregnancy. Just start slow (little weight) and Listen to you&#039;re Body. The guidelines all give the recommandation for ( strength) Training in pregnancy, if you&#039;re Not experienced Just start with Body weight exercises. Wish you all the best! 

I am sportscientist (MSc) and in 32 SSW (third Trimester) Just done my kettlebell workout at home and checked for some neq inspiration.]]></description>
