- Kettlebell Turkish Get Ups โ 1 rep each side
- Repeat โ 10 rounds max
How to Perform the Kettlebell Workout
Perform the Double Handed Kettlebell Swing for 20 reps followed by 1 Turkish Get Up on each side. Repeat for up to 10 rounds and 200 swings and 10 Turkish Get Ups each side.
