I have to tell you, I was shocked at the amount of people who signed up.
Almost 400 on the 1st day! Thank you!
That has to be a record breaker for me and a great reward for all the time and effort I have put into these daily workouts.
Here’s a sample of Day 1:
Hello,
Right, lets get rocking with your 1st daily workout.
For the next 7 days we are going to be concentrating on the Kettlebell Swing as it’s one of the most effective exercises available.
Workout 1:
- Kettlebell Swings x 15
- Squat Thrust x 15
- Repeat reducing by 1 rep each round
This is a tough countdown workout to begin with but you can always start at 10 if you want.
Perform 15 swings then 15 squat thrusts, then 14 swings and 14 squat thrusts. Repeat, reducing the reps by 1 each round until you finish on 1 rep of each exercise.
This is a full body workout, no need to do anything else after this. Try to complete in as short a time as possible.
Squat Thrusts too difficult? Use regular bodyweight squats instead.
