Kettlebell Basic Circuit No. 2 Exercises

  • Kettlebell Single Handed Swing – 30 secs each
  • Kettlebell Clean – 30 secs each
  • Kettlebell Lunge – 30 secs each
  • Kettlebell Squat & Press – 30 secs each
  • Rest 60 secs – Repeat 3 times

How to Perform the Kettlebell Workout

The same format as the Kettlebell Basic Circuit No.1 except using slightly more advanced exercises. Move onto this circuit once you can comfortably complete the previous kettlebell basic circuit 3 times.
