Welcome to my Kettlebell Cardio Challenge. Now, this challenge is going to help to improve your cardiovascular health, that means your heart and lung function. Most of the exercise is really going to get that heart rate up. It’ll also going to work most muscles in the body.

I recommend you use this workout on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday. If you find that too much, then obviously take another day’s rest. Better to rest more, than to rest not enough. Enjoy the challenge. I’m sure you’re going to enjoy it, and I look forward to hearing back your results.
