Kettlebell Clean & Press Density Workout Exercises

  • Kettlebell Clean & Press – 5 reps each side
  • Repeat – 15 minutes

How to Perform the Kettlebell Workout

Gain strength quickly by performing the Kettlebell Clean and Press for 5 reps each side, as many times as possible in 15 minutes. Once you have mastered the Kettlebell Clean & Press work on adding some extra weight and really challenging yourself.
