Kettlebell Circuits

  • Swing
  • Clean
  • Squat
  • Reverse Lunge
  • 30 secs each side non stop
  • Swing
  • Clean and Press
  • Side Lunge
  • Squat and Press
  • 30 secs each side non stop
  • Swing
  • High Pulls
  • Snatch
  • Clean, Squat and Press
  • 30 secs each side non stop

Try to feel the flow during the circuits. Make smooth transitions between exercises. Don’t rest between exercises until the end of the 4 exercises.
