Thank you! I'm always looking for better ways get the most bang for the buck so I've been thinking about combining my general conditioning with tennis specific training. For tennis conditioning and general athletic performance how would this program compare to my current barbell based strength routine, specifically 2 day split of 4 sets / 5 reps of squats, deadlifts, benches, rows, overhead presses? The multi-joint barbell routine focuses heavily on increasing full body strength and much less on stability and dynamic movement. Do you think the kettlebell workout could replace the barbell routine, if workout time is limited. Or would alternating routines give better long term benefit?
