Only two exercises to go in this challenge. This is the penultimate one. The bob and weave, or as I like to call it Bob and Steve. This is what it looks like. Pick up your kettlebell. You’re gonna hold it up on the chest here, elbows in nice and tight. From here, you’re gonna take a good step to the side. Duck the head down and come back up to the other side.
So, make sure you’re trying to duck underneath something. Push the hips backwards and keep the small of the back nice and flat. Don’t lean forward this way. Keep this kettlebell close to the chest. So that’s the bob and weave. It’s quite a quick exercise. If you find it too difficult with a kettlebell, obviously try it without the kettlebell to get your technique right first of all. Most importantly, don’t lean forward this way when you’re stepping across. I see that happen quite a lot. Push your bum backwards, and you’ll be just fine. Twenty to do in total. So one, two, three, four. Make sure you’re alternating sides. Best of luck. It’s getting tough at this point in the challenge, especially now when we have to start moving sideways. Enjoy.
