Welcome to my kettlebell pro challenge. I think you’re going to enjoy this one. We’re basically using 12 different exercises, we’re putting them all together and the idea is to get through the whole challenge, first of all. Once you can get through the whole challenge then it’s to try and get through as quick as possible and with time to try and beat that previous time, because that’s how we progress.
I’d recommend you probably perform this workout only two to three times per week. Make sure you get plenty of rest between each workout. It is a pro challenge so it is meant for people who have used kettlebells before. If you haven’t used a kettlebell before then I recommend you see one of my other kettlebell challenges which is a little bit easier.
Give it a shot, it’s exciting, it’s interesting. There’s probably some exercises in here you’ve never seen before. Give it a go and let me know how you get on.
