How to Perform the Kettlebell Workout
Using the same format as the Kettlebell Pressing Ladder you can build up your core strength and flexibility by increasing the amount of reps you perform each round by 1.
Work up to 5 reps and then back down again if possible for a total of 25 reps each side.
