Life is very random and the stresses and strains that are often imparted on the body are random too! Some days you may squat, lunge, bend, twist, push and pull more than other days.
To make steady progress in your health & fitness I recommend that you follow a progressive workout plan. However, occasionally it's great to mix things up to keep motivation high and also challenge the body.
