We have found that during our 5 years experience of teaching Kettlebell Classes on a daily basis that dividing the Classes into the following 3 categories achieves the best results for everyone:
We recommend that all our new class members begin with the Kettlebell Core Class.
During this class you will learn how to perform all of the basic kettlebell core movements. You will learn how to integrate your core muscles into every movement to achieve a better looking and more functionally operating core and abs. Although your Core muscles will certainly be the focus of the sessions you will also find that you will begin to work on your Cardio levels too!
Everybody loves the Kettlebell Cardio Class and once you have good movement skills this is the one that will really get your heart rate up.
This Kettlebell Class focuses on the fundamental Kettlebell Exercises that incorporate every muscle in your body from head to toe. The movements are dynamic and you will be learning how to put together workouts that flow from one exercise to the next. You will also be working on your Strength and Endurance during this class so expect some good muscle toning too!
Only once you have mastered the 2 other classes will you be ready for the Kettlebell Strength Class.
During this Class we increase the weight by adding 2 kettlebells to the movements rather than one. These classes seriously work on developing your overall strength as well as your coordination skills. Those who do experience this class find that previous plateaus that were reached before can be smashed through with the use of different exercises and energy systems.
