  • What equipment will I need?
    You can complete the full program using just one or two kettlebells: 12kg (25lbs) and 16kg (35lbs), those experienced will also find a 24kg (53lbs) useful. 
  • I'm a complete beginner is this program for me?
    We begin the program with the all important kettlebell swing and although I include tutorial videos about the swing it is an intermediate level exercise. If you are very new to weight training then this may be slightly too advanced for you, sorry.  
  • Does this program include follow along workout videos?
    Although there are 31 tuition videos included within this program they are not follow along workout videos. You will need to practice the exercises and then workout in your own time.
