Take Five Kettlebell Circuit

Kettlebell Circuit Exercises

  • Double Handed Squats
  • Snatch
  • Reverse Lunge
  • Push Up
  • Double Handed Swing

How to Perform the Kettlebell Circuit

A countdown kettlebell circuit that begins with 20 reps. Perform the kettlebell circuit with 20 reps for each exercise. Then repeat the kettlebell circuit for 15 reps, then with 10 reps, and finally 5.

All single sided exercises are 20, 15, 10, 5 reps per side.

    That was rough. How much rest is recommended between circuits? Also is ok to vary weight? My squat press is stronger than my snatch which is stronger than my lunge.

      Yes, you can vary kettlebells Brian but you are better off using a kettlebell that is light enough to complete all exercises without putting the kettlebell down. You can take as much rest as you need in between circuits but your target is under 60 seconds.

    Hi Greg,
    which excersise could I do instead of snatch?
    I’m a beginner and I’m not confident with snatch

      Hi Paolo, as a beginner you should first master the swing both two handed and one handed. You can replace the snatch with the one handed swing. All the best.
