I hope you had a great Easter, Lucy and I are still in the Welsh mountains but I wanted to just send you this quick message.

If you want to burn fat from your workouts then you probably need to change your thinking.

Research shows time and time again that traditional exercises like crunches and sit ups do nothing to burn belly fat. In fact these types of exercises are probably ruining your posture and destroying your spine.

If you want to burn fat then you need to increase your metabolism and turn your body into a fat furnace ๐Ÿ™‚

Start using fully body workouts using as many muscles as possible that are short and intense.

Take this 4 minute workout from my Bodyweight Cardio Program:

  • Cross Body Mountain Climbers 60 secs
  • Y Squats 60 secs
  • Hip Openers 60 secs
  • Burpees 60 secs

This workout uses over 600 muscles in your body, will seriously condition your core/abs, skyrocket your cardio and strengthen your entire body.

  • Two Handed Swing 60 secs
  • Reverse Lunge and Press 60 secs

You don’t need need to go running, spend hours in a gym or perform 100 crunches a day.

Just focus on short intense workouts 3-5 times per week for a maximum of 12 minutes per day.

I know it may sound hard to believe but short sensible workouts with a good quality diet is all you need to look and feel at your best.
