A few months ago I sent out a questionnaire asking what your biggest training problems were and how I could help.

Well, the feedback was superb and since that time I’ve been very busy doing my best to help.

Workout of the Day – coming next week!

The LARGEST request I received was for a Workout of the Day.

Well good news!

Fingers crossed, by next week I should release my latest Workout of the Day program for you.

If you want you’ll be able to sign up to a daily workout that will introduce you to workouts for: cardio, strength, muscle building, professional programming, challenges, new exercises and more!

All the daily workouts will fit together as a week long program so you can just follow along.

I’ll also be pushing you out of your comfort zone and teaching you what workouts you should be doing rather than the ones you just like doing 🙂
