Fancy spending a day with me, learning how to get the most out of your kettlebell training? Well, now you can at one of my Master Classes!
Come and join me at the next Kettlebell Masterclass which is held Saturday April 25th, 2015 in Oxford, UK. The price is £250.
The price includes a full days Kettlebell Instruction from 10am – 4pm.
Each Masterclass is limited to a maximum of 10 participants and all kettlebells are provided.
There are 2 courses available, one for beginners and one for advanced.
Beginners Masterclass includes: how to get started with kettlebells, why they are NOT used like dumbbells, mastering the fat burning swing without injuring your back, the correct way to perform the Turkish Get Up for pure core activation, mastering the clean so as to avoid banging your wrists, effective workouts in under 4 minutes, and so much more!
Advanced Masterclass includes: getting great at the snatch without bruising your arms, bottoms up exercises for muscle and core activation, training with 2 kettlebells, teaching kettlebells to others, kettlebell workout programming for optimal results regardless of your level, plus lots of other fun moves to take your training to the next level.
The idea behind the masterclasses is HELPING you to get the most out of your kettlebell training. I’m not a drill Sargent and I certainly don’t teach that way. Yes we will be going through some workouts, but the emphasis is on SAFELY showing you how to use your kettlebell. No question is too stupid and the workshop is held in a friendly, relaxed and fun environment.
The idea is that you will come away from the masterclass a much more capable kettlebell exerciser and brimming with good techniques and workouts you can use in your own home or gym.

Greg’s seminar was great: informative, entertaining and absorbing

Totally enjoyed the day, and would definitely happily travel to support Greg again. More handsome in real life than on film, Ha Ha! Thanks everybody for the system revitalisation…P.S. God help those in my body conditioning class tomorrow morning!!!!!
Des Lake
Great day yesterday Greg. Learnt some new strategies that I will put to immediate use with my clients. Very much looking forward to the next one! Great job, well done!
Del Wilson
Greg my butt and thighs are not thanking you today! But once I’ve gotten over my DOM’s I’ll look back on a great day’s learning experience. The rapport that You, Matt and Adam had between you was great, and I expect the debate between you and Matt on for and against static stretching will go on and on. Looking forward to the next masterclass very much. Thanks again 🙂

Had a great day at the Masterclass Group, brimming with lots of ideas to pass on. It confirmed my beliefs that my clients, postnatal females, should solely focus on mobility and core stability before anything else. It will probably be marginally easier to convince them to do this than it will be to convince them to stop eating cake!

Had a really good day at the GB Masterclass group on Saturday. Greg’s simple yet effective approach to PT really opened my eyes to many future possibilities.

It was great to meet you and I found the whole day really useful and interesting. I’d definitely be interested in other workshops, particularly if you held one on nutrition. I think after coming straight out of my training at the YMCA, it was really refreshing for me to learn from an active trainer and someone who is less traditional.
