Kettlebell training is an excellent tool for improving your overall performance in a number of different sports. The kettlebell swing alone is a great exercise for developing explosive hip power and drive for running and jumping. Kettlebell training also focuses many of its exercises on the posterior chain which constitutes the power train of the body.
