  • Kettlebell Two Handed Swings – 20 reps
  • Kettlebell Bob & Weave – 20 reps
  • Fast Mountain Climbers – 20 reps each side
  • Repeat for 7 minutes

How to Perform the Kettlebell Workout

This kettlebell workout only lasts for 7 minutes. Perform a circuit of: 20 Double Handed Kettlebell Swings, 20 Kettlebell Bob & Weaves and 20 Fast Mountain Climbers, as many times as possible in 7 minutes.
